Teams is a chat-based collaboration tool that provides global, remote, and dispersed teams with the ability to work together and share information via a common space.

Key Features:

Chat – Enjoy public and private conversations with your teams. The deep integration of Skype video into the application brings you popular social features, such as adding emojis and custom memes to your discussions.
Hub – Teams offers a shared workspace for the various applications in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Planner, OneNote, SharePoint, Delve, and Power BI. This feature gives you and your teams the option to work natively without having to stress about toggling between applications as you try to get projects completed.

Zoom provides remote conferencing services using cloud computing. It is a real powerhouse tool that can accommodate up to 500 participants to collaborate seamlessly.

Chanty

Chanty is a messaging app that uses AI bots to improve communication and collaboration and focuses on tasks instead of chat. It’s a powerful way to streamline company operations so that everyone knows what is going on and can focus on the work rather than the chat.

Discord

Discord

Discord servers are organised into topic-based channels where you can collaborate, share, and just talk about your day without clogging up a group chat.

Key Features:

  • Discord is a group-chatting platform originally built for gamers, but it has since become a general use platform for all sorts of communities.
  • Discord is divided into servers, each of which has its own members, topics, rules, and channels.
  • Discord also allows users to voice- and video-chat, as well as livestream games and other programs from their computers.
