LinkedIn Learning is designed to be a self-learning tool used at your own pace 24/7. It allows access to over 16,000 online courses taught by recognised industry experts covering business, technology and creative skills to help achieve your personal and professional learning goals.
Notable videos include instruction on how to use specific software as well as skills related to programming, web design, video production, project management, time management, artificial intelligence, data science, communication, job searching, and much more.
LinkedIn offers exam preparation materials such as Microsoft, SHRM, PMI, IIBA. There are also curated learning paths to prepare you for industry certification such as CISSP, SHRM-CP, Linux, AWS, Google.
You will be prompted to link your SIT account with your LinkedIn profile, allowing you to receive and share course recommendations based on your profile. However, linking in this manner also means that you are allowing LinkedIn Learning to use, share, and track your online activities. Use your digital literacy skills to consider the terms of service carefully and make an informed choice.
For instructors, LinkedIn Learning allows the tracking of course completions in xSiTe. Refer to the instructor guide and FAQ on how to add LinkedIn Learning in xSiTe. We encourage instructors who wish to adopt LinkedIn Learning courses for teaching to indicate the module information here.
